My mission is to support and empower women on their journey to balance their hormones, optimize metabolism, and improve digestive function. I believe in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, and that true healing comes from within.

My approach integrates food as medicine, mindful practices, and a deep connection to Mother Earth. Just as soil needs to be nourished to support the growth of healthy plants, the human body needs to be fed with nutritious food in order to maintain its own health and well-being. I believe in the power of nourishing our bodies with whole, nutrient-dense foods and in the transformative powers of breathwork and sound healing.

Using an evidenced based, food-as-medicine approach, I recognize that each person's nutritional needs are unique, and that a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition is not effective.

  • Learn breathing techniques and breathing-centered meditation focused on the biomechanics and psychology of breathing.

  • Explore your mind, body, and spirit through sound, movement, and meditation. Activate the parasympathetic nervous system and soothe the vagus nerve to ease your mind-body into rest, supporting proper digestion, relaxation, and overall wellness.
